Co-occurring mental health conditions stable and appropriately treated

We accept Medicaid as a payment method

At this time, we do not accept individuals on Methadone. We accept referrals from rehab programs, jails, the criminal justice system, other treatment providers and self-referral.

Grace House will schedule an initial intake appointment to determine if our program is a correct fit. If not, an appropriate referral will be given.

Bed Date

After approval for admission, the client will receive a “bed date” to begin the program.
