Grace House 2 (GH2) is our STEP DOWN 3.1 home where clients transition after approximately 90 days in our program.
• Wrap around service coordinator assists w/SNAP, TDAP, social security card, license, financial aid, college applications, etc…
• Individual & group counseling for SUD recovery & relapse prevention
• Weekly visits from medical practitioner & mental health counselor
• NA/AA/Celebrate Recovery meetings/sponsor
• 75% of eligible clients participate in GED/college/vocational programs-forklift, CDL, HVAC, plumbing, electrical
• TAMAR trauma groups & Men of Integrity character development groups
• Fitness classes/recreational therapy/free haircuts
In addition to all services at GH1, GH2 offers…
• More independence & responsibility
• Clients may work part-time
• Tranquil, parklike setting within easy walking distance to bus route & shopping
• Job readiness skills training w/paid opportunities in the areas of painting/cleaning/lawn care through Social Enterprise
• Assistance in transitioning to independent living/housing through case manager
